Shipping Policy
I. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
II. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are:

International Shipping: We don’t currently ship outside of the USA, to Hawaii and Alaska
III. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
IV. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all states within the USA, outside of Alaska and Hawaii.
V. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or via the carrier’s platform.
VI. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at admin@collaboratoryexperience.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Return and Exchange Policy
At CE Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.
I. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Sale items, custom orders, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
II. Return Process
Contact our support team at admin@collaboratoryexperience.com or fill out the return request form on our website. Include your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the return label.
Ship the package using the provided instructions.
III. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
IV. Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges for any purchased item at this time.
V. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@collaboratoryexperience.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to expedite resolution.
Additional Information
I. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
II. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for your return. For a refund to the gift giver, please provide the original order details.
